Artistic Marble & Granite Surfaces

I am very disappointed with both my purchase and the service I have received. While we loved working with Mark and trusted his experience, this has not worked out for us. Perhaps the issues we’re facing are specific to quartzite natural stones. Our main quartzite slab was delivered to our home unsealed and already had several stains before installation. We showed them since day one because I took the precaution of taking several pictures when we chose the location of the templates over the slabs. Even after nearly six months, these stains have neither dried nor faded. The stone continues to stain extremely easily and is simply not practical for people who cook and use their kitchen daily. Mark and Jenn are the BEST! They walk you through each step and make you feel as if you’re their first priority. I arrived to artistic marble and granite after visiting 10 stone warehouses and was a bit deflated. Mark listened and led me to exactly what I was searching for in a countertop. Jenn stayed on top of everything for us and I felt confident my order was on track and accurate. We gutted our kitchen and added on a master suite. Mark and Jenn helped us find stones for our kitchen, laundry room, master bath vanity and shower bench. They were responsive, timely and handled my meticulous husband’s questions and concerns. I ended up with my vision coming to life. I highly recommend Mark and Jenn and wish I had found Artistic and Marble earlier in my search.

We have remodeled our main kitchen, master bathroom, basement bathroom and basement galley kitchen in the last few years. We used Artistic Marble to provide and install all of the countertops in these renovation projects. We are un-reservedly thrilled with the results and with the service we have gotten from Artistic Marble. They do superb work, take care to attend to every detail, are prompt in their service and highly skilled in their installation process. We love our new kitchen and it’s in large part due to the gorgeous countertops we got from Artistic Marble and Granite! I researched a lot before deciding to use Artistic and I’m glad we did. Bijan was beyond helpful and incredibly patient as I tried to decide which countertops we would use. In fact, it seems he works round the clock as he never failed to promptly respond to my emails, and often it seemed, he just didn’t take lunch he was so busy (with customers like me, who wanted to see the same stone surfaces over and over again!). They work with various warehouses and so there is a huge selection available to their customers, but ultimately we ended up using the beautiful quartz and quartzite pieces that they had right there on-site.
