This is my first Google review, and I really wish it could be positive, but my experience with Art's Peninsula Locksmith left me no choice but to speak up. I recently interacted with Arlene Basmajian, who claims to be the owner, and the experience was nothing short of awful. From the start, Arlene was dismissive and rude. When I attempted to explain my situation, she outright refused to listen. She constantly interrupted me, insisting that she was the owner, as if that gave her the right to treat me with complete disregard. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but downright offensive. It's hard to believe that someone who runs a business could have such poor customer service skills. I've never encountered such a lack of basic courtesy, especially from someone who repeatedly reminded

Best local shop!! If you ever need any keys or lock help go to this shop. I recommend this shop 1 million percent. Great staff, good customer service, welcoming environment. Fast and extremely knowledgeable. I will return for future needs!!

I didn’t end up buying any product or services from this store but wanted to extend my gratitude to AJ and her husband’s patience and professionalism in dealing with my apparently entry level question on doors and locks. I received some horrible services from another locksmith that only caused more damage to my door so I had to seek a second opinion. AJ and her husband answered all my questions very patiently and gave me instructions that turned out to be problem solver.
