Shane came out and did an amazing job. He was very assertive, knowledgeable, went above and beyond. He is the 3rd person to come out and did things around my house none of the other guys even attempted to do. He explained in detail everything he was doing. I was very pleased. Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. He worked efficiently and was great at communicating what treatments he used and where. He was proactive in explaining the usual pests that would be around this time of year and what he did to prevent them. He was also really helpful letting me know what to expect in the next few months as the seasons change.
