I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Aruza and my technician Ricardo! From the very first visit, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, which immediately gave me confidence that my home was in good hands. What really stood out was his attention to detail. I also truly appreciate how respectful he is of our space and how clearly he communicated throughout the entire process. His service is reliable and effective, and my husband and I are incredibly thankful for his service to our nation.

Well, lesson learned on my end. Ensure you read everything! I had another company, and paid $50 a month, and they were decent. Aruza came around stated they would do flea and tick, included in the package $59. Well, stupid me didn’t fully read the package. It doesn’t cover flea and tick. Now, I get more ant hills, in my yard, and fleas and ticks, and pay more money. Careful of these people. So talked to the company, they stated yes all out doors stuff is on the plan. I have had ant hills pop up in the back. 3-4 big ones. So I talked with the company, they sent someone out, they said couldn’t take care of them, gate was locked. Keep in mind it was latched not locked. So put in a request to re do the back yard because of the ant hills. Guy comes out dusts the house, sprays around it, and do
