My moving experience was great. The guys were friendly and professional and fast. They even helped me by doing some quick repairs on some of my furniture that needed it. The price was about half of what I had been quoted by other moving companies. I would 100% recommend this company.

But when they arrived and started loading, they said they were losing money and demanded $500 more, which I paid. After finishing, they insisted I pay for a hotel in Eagle Pass for their workers—so I did. Later, they took my belongings toward Eagle Pass but disappeared with the truck. I had to file a police report, and only then did the mover, Ernie, return with missing items. He took $3,333 and never completed the move as promised. Ernie and his team were awesome. I’ll be using them again. Needed movers on a Monday morning, spoke with Ernie on Sunday afternoon and his movers were there first thing Monday morning. I didn’t have any boxes either and Ernie made a personal drop off of them at no extra cost to me. Hard workers, good dudes. Recommended.
