I would not recommend this company to anyone! They took my money, provided an incomplete product, and have been completely unresponsive despite my numerous calls and emails. Yet, they keep sending me emails asking for a review—so here it is! My permanent lighting installation is still incomplete. I never received the instruction manual I was promised back in December, end caps are missing, and one section of my soffit isn’t even fully covered with lights. I was originally told my measured parts wouldn’t be available until January, but on a Sunday night at 7 PM, I got a call saying they had leftover materials from previous jobs and could install it the next day.
