Vince was great and knew what he was doing. He came highly recommended by a locally owned appliance store. The price was reasonable and he did a great job and had some really good suggestions that helped us out.

At 10:05 getting off I-93 in Somerville, I was in stop and go traffic, completely minding my own business and driving like a normal human being when I was threatened with murder and physical violence by a man driving an ASAP Appliances van. He was leaning out of the van toward my vehicle yelling threats including murder toward me while screaming other obscenities and making gestures. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near this man, much less have him in my home working on my appliances. Avoid!!!!

Don’t ever use this service company driver almost crashed into me and then proceeded to speed past me while flipping me off and telling me to pull over to fight him!!! This company should be appalled with that kind of behavior Ended up having to reach out to the police Driver ended up speeding away in ditching in between traffic again absurd behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

Vince showed up to fix the Fridge, $400 later it worked fine.. for a day. I called Vince to let him know, he came back out, said the fridge was dead, took out the part he had installed and said he'd send a refund. Then he stopped answering my calls and texts. Odd, because he seemed like a decent guy, but when you take a part back and promise a refund that never comes, that's just straight out theft. Call the guy if you want, but don't be surprised if he charges you for parts and then takes them back home with him.

Can’t recommend them enough. Our fridge was leaking water, and our local appliance store suggested we call Vince. He was here within the hour, diagnosed and fixed the problem within another 30 minutes, and was friendly and courteous the whole time.
