I can’t say terrible because they actually came and cleaned. But a deep cleaning. Absolutely not. Customer service, hell no. They came to an already clean house with clear instructions that I am planning to put my house on the market so I need the little things cleaned. Inside of cabinets, ceiling fans, high walls. All the places they didn’t touch. When I messaged them about it, because I wasn’t home and at work, they made excuses. At first the offered to come back, but then made more and more excuses. How could you charge a house thats already clean the same price you charge a filthy house, ESPECIALLY when you barely cleaned anything. You missed all the dirty stuff. No respect when I asked for a portion of a refund or the opportunity for them to fix it. I’m not the type of person to leave
Friendly service, reasonable prices, and very trustworthy. These guys show real attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.
