Leo was very helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance. On the initial visit, I was told that reprogramming the system would resolve the issue, and there was no need for a new unit at that time. Unfortunately, just days later, the garage started acting up again, requiring another service call. During the second visit, I opted for a new unit, (despite recommending the reprogramming solution again) as I couldn’t keep dealing with recurring issues. I was disappointed that only half of my previous payment was credited toward the new system, especially since the initial fix didn’t last (~5 days). Had I known reprogramming wasn’t a sustainable solution, I would’ve chosen the new unit from the start. This part felt a bit like a money grab. That said, Leo completed the install the same

I recently had problems with my garage door. A friend recommended Garage Stop. when I called it was ASAP. They were available to come that same day. I asked them to come the next day. Luis arrived punctually and was very polite. He diagnosed my problem in less than 5 minutes. He replaced the spring, cable and inspected the door all in less than an hour. He even programmed my remote to open the garage. I would definitely us ASAP again. Because I did not have the name of the company I was not able to read any reviews or take advantage of the many coupons on the website. It would have been a nice courtesy for the scheduler or technician to suggest I check the website. Or better yet as a new customer there should have been a discount.
