This company is horrible I've been waiting for a refund and a call back from billing because they attempted to deliver the wrong porta potties to an open park . I was promised a 30 minute call prior to delivery and then I was told by the driver those weren't even the potties I ordered .. They keep giving me the run around about my refund.. Don't go through the nightmare I went through with them

We used them for the first time this camping season at a private location. Communication/customer service was excellent. The unit was delivered as promised and emptied weekly. With about a week notice we needed a 2nd unit and they came through. Only negative is the inside could have been cleaned a better, and hand sanitizer didn't work well. That being said, we would definitely use them again.

Absolutely horrible service had a porter potty for a party had them put it in the grass no one said it wasn’t aloud to be in the grass and now they won’t service it and they tried to say we didn’t I order it for the time we had it they tried comming to take it. I would not recommend these people to anyone the lady I talked to was rude you pay 250 dollars for them to drop it off not service it and they were told we needed it on June 14th and picked up ok the 24th!!!!!!!

This business was fantastic. Very nice and friendly. They took their time to explain things to me. Extremely Clean product and even smelled very good the whole time it was rented. Extremely impressed. Would definitely use again and will definitely recommend.

Their truck did a turnaround in my driveway that has multiple no turnaround signs posted. Very unprofessional.
