Couldn't ask for a better experience. We had an issue with our furnace after hours with temps quickly falling below zero. Levi answered my call and arrived shortly. He fixed the initial problem which was a flame sensor, but quickly realized there were major issues with how the furnace was installed. The furnace was installed 5 years prior, and hasn't functioned correctly since new. Levi discovered multiple issues with the furnace and corrected all of them, even coming back the next day with materials to finish the job. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. Levi is great, so glad he answered my call and took care of our needs. Fast and Professional We were having a plumbing issue we couldn't figure out. Two other companies we have used for services before were booked out a month or more. A friend recommended Ascend. I spoke with Violet to set up the appointment and she was very nice and could get someone out the next day. Levi came to our house and was able to identify the issues and fix it right away. The cost was very reasonable - less than I expected. Very happy with this company! We will use them if we have any issues in the future and will recommend them to others

I heard about jms/ascend when they did furnace repairs for my dad and they did an excellent job for him so this was the first company I called for a furnace replacement for myself. Service and quality has been top notch. They quoted me a great price for my install and they never tried to upsell me. They were honest and informative and helped me get the furnace that I wanted for my needs. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and professional. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again.

Ascend Mechanical came and put in a furnace, AC, humidifier, and an I-wave. Nicest guys I ever met! They knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything and how it works. If you want next level service I highly recommend them!
