Bob was so accommodating about coming to our place in the middle of a very hectic holiday season and did a wonderful job at rekeying all the needed doors, very kind and friendly person to have in my house he will be part of my phone book now, I will highly recommend Bob.

Bob was great, I received a call within the hour that I called him. He arrived on time and when scheduled. Prior to his arrival. I sent pictures of my older lock and he knew the make and model of the lock that needed to be re-keyed. When he came, he was prompt and efficient and because of the age of the lock suggested the next solution if the locks fail in the future. His price was beyond reasonable, and he was highly effective. If you have an older house and need help in this area call Bob.

Just used Bob to change my locks and he was fantastic. He was detailed, patient, and friendly throughout the process which included phone conversations before, getting estimates from him, and of course during the changing of the locks. Not only did he change 5 sets of locks for me, he also changed my front door lock with a smart lock. You can tell Bob has been in the business for a very long time and he knows what he is doing. Even though there may be locksmiths closer to you (there were locksmiths closer to me), I would 100% recommend using Bob instead of those other ones (if they even get back to you). I will definitely call him if I ever have any lock issues in the future.
