Finding mold in our home was stressful, but Scott and his team made the remediation process less agonizing. Communication goes a long way and Scott was great at communicating through the entire process. The crew was respectful and friendly which was a huge help during this nerve-racking situation. Maybe the best money I’ve ever spent. I’m in the process of building a new home and the builder didn’t make any efforts in protecting the home during a rain storm that lasted over a week. I had ASD Environmental come out for an inspection and they confirmed mold, of which I’m severely allergic to. Saved me a very costly mistake for me and my family. But not only that, Scott was extremely helpful and communicative along the process, and quick to jump through the hoops the builder required. He was great at answering texts and calls, and I felt like he had my back 100%. This service should absolutely be required for anyone purchasing a home. Apparently the state inspector didn’t catch it; the contract the pre-drywall inspector I was going to hire had in the fine print that he wasn’t responsib
