From Kaighlee answering all our questions on the phone and texts and emails to Kaiden coming out and checking our fireplace initially and giving us excellent advice to Manny and Nicholas ripping out the 40 year old fireplace and installing the new fireplace in less than 8 hours and leaving us with the fireplace and mantle perfectly in place, we are astounded with the expertise and kindness and knowledge. James handled the problem with our gas fireplace with ease. Super down to earth technician and he took the fear of “dealing” with a gas fireplace out of the equation for the future.
