Called the office to schedule an estimate to install a new bathroom shower. Ed showed up with a sour look on his face. Didn't introduce himself and was not very personal. Our little Yorkie wanted to say hi and he just acted annoyed. After showing him the new shower ideas he seemed not interested and acted like it was a waste of his time to be at our home. I have received numerous estimates from roofers, siding, new doors, gas install, etc for our home remodeling projects and have never been treated like this before. Just popped in the shop a few days ago to take a peak and was greeted by Susie who then spent quite a while showing me their cabinets, discussing the quality of the product, finishes etc. She sent me home with multiple catalogs and told me to come back and she would help me design my kitchen and baths. It was a lovely experience especially since another kitchen cabinet place I stopped at that day did not even raise their heads when I came in the door and started looking around. I'm looking forward to going back and working with Susie. They have a lot of interesting door styles and colors to choose from plus counter tops and bathroom fixtures. Also, no troll in the parking lot.

Sue at AKB was an excellent help. The other owner, Ed, explained the differences in products between their small business and the big box stores. I am so glad I chose Asheville Kitchens and Baths. I got much higher quality products for only a little extra cost. Thank you Ed and Sue!

Excellent experience from the initial estimate visit until the completion of our bathroom redo. All staff and vendors who worked on the project were considerate, professional. Ed, our project manager kept me informed almost daily what to expect. Highly recommend.

Called Asheville Kitchen and Bath over a month ago to get a quote on a kitchen and bath remodel. Waited three days for the salesman to call me back at which time he said he would look at his schedule and let me know when he could come by. Have waited four additional weeks with no call.
