I'll start from the beginning. We bought our home back in 2019 and we were told the furnace was still in great condition. Ashland furnace was the original installers. They did a wonderful job probably close to 15-20 yrs ago and so we kept that faith and trust that they would do it again! So we called them and amazingly they came out the next day and installed the new furnace. We are warm, happy and satisfied customers. Thank you Roger! Sincerely Shauna and Daniel Brown

Sam and Billy replaced our heat pump and air handler. They were professional, knowledgeable and CLEAN. We are beyond happy with the service from the maintenance crew Brandon, the estimator Bobby to the lovely owner Roger who came out for the estimate. Thank you

Excellent customer service. New furnace install from November 2022 went great and exactly as promised. It got us through a harsh winter and we are 100% satisfied. They actually exceeded my expectations when wiring the electrical having done a real pro install. The plenum built on site was done by someone with lots of experience and done correctly. I will have my AC unit replaced for Summer 2023 and follow up with a second review in the future. Thank you Ashland Furnace Co.

Final update...10/27. Another tech came out. Replaced another part. Heat works now. Very happy! ===== I will adjust my review once my issues are resolved. Had a new A/C and blower installed 6month ago ($9,500). A/C was working fine until we turned the heat on 2 weeks ago. The heat was not working. We called Ashland Furnace..a tech came out and said a new control board needs to be ordered. 9 days later..no part. We called and were told we would get a call back to see what the hold up is. Never received any call back. I called 10/18/2023 (2nd inquiry) and again was told they would get a call back to see where the part is...... Update. Part installed 10/19. Heat worked for 30min. Stopped again and won't turn on anymore. Will be calling back tomorrow.... It was unfortunate that the new fu
