I called Cleveland to see if someone can come out to fix my AC unit since I was not getting any cold air. I let him know that I was having a baby this week and needed to have my system diagnosed/fixed as soon as possible since the weather is getting hot. My system is at least 15 years old, and I know a new system is in my near future, but I asked if he can do something about it for now. His exact response was, "Old, doesn't mean bad, we'll take a look and get it fixed up for you". Any other company I had out in the past has told me I need a new system, and this is a common issue I've heard from other homeowners. I have used Ashley Services twice now, both times were great experiences, but this last time, we had Tom. He got our A/C working while at the same time was friendly, careful of our walls with his ladder, helped explain what was going on, didn't pressure or be salesy, and just a good human overall. I highly recommend Ashley Services and definitely will use them again.

They were very quick when I contacted them and while they were not the cheapest option, I felt very comfortable with my choice to go with them. They did an amazing job repairing my ducts and replacing vents in the house. They worked around me working from home and were courteous. I’ll definitely be using them from now on and am glad I chose them and got a great value with excellent service

I think the uniqueness of my situation warrants not only an 5 star review but a detailed writeup on why: We moved into a new house in April after the HVAC had been installed brand new 13 months prior in March '23 by the previous owner. We immediately started having issues and the original installer (not Ashley Services) only offered a 12 month labor warranty and chose to not honor the work they did which was unfortunate. We called around to a couple different local companies gauging what our best options were and Matt @ Ashley Services immediately talked me through what he thought would be the best course of action.
