Purchased a dining room table Saturday and needed for Christmas. The sales team was able to get it to me today (the day before Christmas) they were all very pleasant to work with and very patient with me and my indecisiveness. The delivery guys were friendly and right on time. I could ask for a better experience. Definitely will be getting all of my items from Ashley's from now on.
Their are 2 lady's at Ashley massena, and I must say that they were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture in the store. I really found them both to be very accommodating! I was able to look around with no pressure! All my questions were answered in a professional manner. I enjoyed my experience so much that I purchased a gorgeous new livingroom set at a great price! They helped me to save money on my purchase and that sort of personal service truly means alot!
Great selection and attentive customer service. Prices were way to high. Got the bedroom set we were looking at for $2000. Cheaper at Home Zone in Malone. Mark up here is high
