I cannot express how wonderful Ken is at the work he does! He's so honest and personable. He taught us so much about our woodburner set up. He did a fabulous job on our chimney and made safety suggestions so that we can continue enjoying our woodburner. We'll be seeing him again this summer to put a liner in our chimney and guiding us on how to keep it clean and safe. If you need help with any chimney related issues, he's your man. As for cost, he is truly reasonable. You count on him to take care of your honorably and at a fair price.

Ken came out as a second opinion for servicing and cleaning our fireplace. He was incredibly professional, took the time explain the condition of our fireplace, and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars in having to replace our system.
