We have been using Ashtabula Carpet Workroom to clean our carpets for about 15 years. Ken and his employees always do an amazing job! They are prompt, professional, extremely affordable and clean the carpets and furniture to perfection. The carpets are not left soaking wet like some companies. Ken did a outstanding Job on our carpets. I'm so happy with the outcome. He got stains out that I didn't think would ever come up !! Highly recommend him. Very polite and professional!

Dog had an unfortunate accident called Ashtabula carpet work room first thing in the morning. scheduled for 1:00 PM. Ken called up and said he could do it sooner. He was here by 10:15. He did an exceptional job. Will be calling them back at a later time when needed.
