Our fence was installed 2 years ago tomorrow and we are still so very happy with the fence. It looks and preforms exactly like it did on day one. The entire staff was so happy and easy to work with starting with the first phone call to Michaela. Then Misty came out and helped us plan the fence using existing structures and suggested we reverse the placement of our gates which were custom made to meet our needs. I am so pleased we followed the suggestion it has worked out perfectly. On the day, Devon, CJ, and Dillon came to install the fence we had typical northeast Ohio weather: sun followed by rain changing to snow. Cannot recommend this company enough! Took the time and courtesy to map and draw out everything explain plans clearly, and even suggested slight modifications to make things look better (all well being fully transparent on pricing ). The whole process was very smooth, fence is great quality, and last, but not least it was very reasonably priced. When I mentioned the fence was for dog containment, they even gave a little treat bag for my pup. Highly recommend, they do quality work, they are great people, with a warranty included does not get much better than that.

I had over 400 feet of 6 foot high fencing installed a couple weeks ago by Ashtabula Fence Co. They are a family owned business and the owners are the people taking the measurement and installing the fence (with the help of a few dedicated employees). From the beginning, Misty worked with me to set a time to get a quote, verify my needs and go over my options. Once I decided on what I needed, Michaela was in constant contact with me to let me know how things were progressing and when they would be starting the installation. I myself and everyone who sees the 5' chain link fence with two big gates the Ashtabula Fence Company installed are impressed. I should have done this a long time ago. The Ashtabula Fence Company was employees were excellent and the customer service was excellent too. I give 5 stars.

I used Ashtabula fence because of a recommendation from someone else. I went to their location to look at each and every fence option I could and even had them pull up other options as I wanted to make sure that we were getting a strong and well built product. We ended up going with a commercial ornamental aluminum fence. What sold me on using Ashtabula fence rather than others was the fact that they did not flinch when I asked a lot of questions and told them what I liked and didn't like about certain things. Overall I was very scrutinizing of the product prior to choosing the one we went with but I am very happy with what we chose. Ultimately what made me go with them over anyone else was simply the people backing the product! When you meet Misty who is there upfront sales person and doe
