If I ever have trouble, ASI Appliance is who I’ll call. They reached out to me when the part came in and had me scheduled within a couple days. Fast and effective!

The technician who came and worked in the field was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and shared information for me to know about my refrigerator for future. The office staff forgot or didn’t get around to calling me when the parts for my refrigerator came in so I had to call and get that schedualed on my own. This was a repair under warrantee so I am not sure about the pricing for repairs. That was frustrating, but my overall experience with this company was great due to the exceptional field work of their employee. I would recommend this company.

ASI was recommended by a family member, and I was very impressed with their service. The freezer on our 4 yr. old LG started making a really loud noise. Although it took a few tries to get ahold of them, ASI scheduled a technician right away and they were able to diagnose the issue. The part was ordered, and then replaced. They were great to communicate with me, the technician was personable, and knew what he was doing. The part was replaced quickly. I think their price for parts & labor was reasonable, though it kills me to have to spend anything on a 4yr. old appliance.

I bought a warranty from Lowe’s and the 1st two visits was a waste of time until the third visit A.S.I Ryan came out and turned on the dryer and said I know exactly why it won’t heat properly. He ordered parts and came back ahead of the scheduled time and fixed the issue like a pro.i just wished Ryan would have been the service technician the first visit., He’s amazing and very polite.
