We had a tree that fell on our fence and roof and needed to be repaired. We referred to ASJ through our insurance company. Everything about working with ASJ was terrible from the beginning. I was told I needed to send a $2,000 check in the mail before they would start to schedule us which was our deductible. I sent the check on June 24th. A week went by and I never heard anything which was concerning. I contacted them and Erin, who I spoke to, was rude to me right from the beginning and gave me an attitude saying “Didn’t you listen to your voicemail” to which I replied no cause I never received one and found out they didn’t save my number correctly. She assured me they were working on getting the materials ordered and would contact me once they were able to schedule the work. Weeks went b

Amazing!! Our basement flooded due to an unknown cause. ASJ came out within the hour of calling and stayed until we found the issue, walked me though next steps, and answered any question I had. They came out next day to start repairs after I talked to my insurance, and even worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. Responsive, professional, helpful.

My basement flooded from a clog in the drain. ASJ was at my house immediately and every day until the mess was cleaned up and sanitized. John was wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. He was extremely dedicated to helping me.
