We reached out to Ask for Cool after finding them on Google with 5 star reviews. The companies that we were using before were not giving us answers to our AC issues and we were tired. JC was our technician that came out to take a look at our leaking air handler. It was such a huge relief to have someone who thoroughly explains how an air handler works, and the issues that he was seeing with it. He showed us pictures and suggested that we get a new AC system to completely fix the headache that we were having. The price was fair, and there was a $65 service call. They were able to come out very quickly and install our new unit. I also talked to Nigel on the phone who was very helpful in explaining the invoice.
