I honestly didn’t expect to notice such a big difference, but after the cleaning the air just feels lighter and cleaner. The guys showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and even showed me how much dust was built up in the ducts (it was pretty gross). They didn’t try to upsell me on anything, which I appreciated. Overall just a solid, professional experience. I’d definitely use them again.

There’s a little squirrel friend came into our townhouse over the weekend, chewed through the air duct and this prompted us to call an air duct cleaning company. My first call was on Sunday. The communication with Rafael was quick and we were able to schedule an inspection with him on Wednesday morning, found our ac duct to have mold and probably was never cleaned by the previous owner. Got an estimate and technicians came about 30-60 minutes after we communicated about pricing. Crew finished deep cleaning for our townhouse in 3hrs and replace the ac duct vents + fix the air duct where squirrel chewed for free ( for new customers) . We will use them again for maintenance cleaning ! FYI- They offer to fix the soffit too.

Raphael was great, very polite and very professional. We had mold in our air ducts system and plenum box. Raphael and Gavin spent about 3 hours deep cleaning the entire system. We are very happy with the results.

We did not ultimately get the cleaning done as I could not get owner approval, however, I spoke with Daniel and was very impressed. He seemed honest, understanding and offered us a fair price. He explained the process thoroughly and was patient with my questions.
