We contracted with Aspen for a new front porch, which included both structural and cosmetic upgrades to increase our home's curb appeal. John and Ryan provided prompt and transparent estimates, communicated _very_ well throughout the process, and involved me quickly for any decisions. Jobsite was kept clean and he finished on time. We made some minor change orders, and John worked to keep costs reasonable and contained. Overall very happy with their work, and we will be working with them again!

Aspen Diversified Construction was hired for remodeling after we met John Ahern, the owner. He mentioned his training and his previous remodeling experience, showed us around a house he was working on, and impressed us. He asked for only 10% down payment due with the signing of the contract, and then monthly draws were based upon work finished and already paid for by Aspen. When unexpected problems arose, he kept us abreast of them and he explained any additional costs (which were reasonable). Project #1. I have known John for several years and was excited to hire him for several projects in our home ( bathroom remodel and a face lift in our dining room, entryway and primary bedroom). He is honest and dependable and I knew he would show up when he said he would and that he'd do everything to the best of his ability. He did not disappoint! I also appreciate his attention to detail. He has excellent communication skills and thinks of everything. He is respectful and enjoyable to have around. I hired Aspen Diversified Construction to design and construct a 36.5 foot long wall that is 8' tall wall along the property line to block the side of our neighbors garage and backyard. John designed the footer, block stem wall, 6" 18 gauge galvanized metal stud wall. I chose Rock Ridge Dry Stack Ledger Stone for Aspen to cover three sides of the wall and a stucco texture on the neighbor's side of the wall. They finished off the top of the privacy wall with a custom fabricated wall cap to prevent water intrusion within the wall cap. Aspen did a great job for us and we are enjoying the privacy of our back porch area with our beautiful stone wall as a backdrop to our new landscaping, patio lights, and firepit.

My wife and I had a major remodel of our home of 30 yrs. Aspen did a wonderful job. This was a very complex project on all 3 levels of the house. Working with John and Ryan was easy. The pricing was up-front and fair, and understandable. John and Ryan were very focused on detail and quality. Our remodel consisted of gutting the entry first floor and required several structural changes. The work started and finished on time which was important to us.
