I had a major ice dam on one side of my house. Aspen used a steamer to quickly remove the ice dam without damaging the shingles. Everything from the communication with the office for scheduling to the skill level of the crew was beyond my expectations. Next winter I will not wait as long to call them.

My back roofs had some moss growing and the insurance company recommended a roof cleaning. I contacted the Aspen Roofing and Joe gave me an estimate of $1560 for the service. I was surprised by the high price and the following is what he explained to me: "Definitely a fair question. A lot of online pricing comes from just spraying on a cleaner and leaving it on. We do things a bit differently, which is more labor intensive. We actually get on the roof and gently scrub areas before rinsing with fresh water and then applying a moss/mold/mildew cleaner. We will also clean all the gutters and flush downspouts out while we are on site. Because we are on the roof, I have higher overhead costs (workers compensation insurance, higher skilled labor who understand roofing systems, etc.) I hope that

Aspen Roofing cleared my roof and gutters after we got 26” of snow. All of the crew members were professional and did an exceptional job. They cleaned more of my roof than expected and then deiced the entire thing. The communication was excellent. I will use them in the future for sure.

Aspen Roofing helped remove some terrible ice dams for us via steam removal after the first bad snow storm in January. I called many places, and they were by far the most professional and best pricing around. Highly recommend!
