I would like to personally thank Cindy and her team at Aspen Tops for the wonderful job !!! Cindy is an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with . She truly treated me like family and was very thorough through the entire process from the minute I walked into her business until the job was complete. The people that she has working for her are well trained and professional and polite . It’s obvious that they take a lot of pride in the service they provide . As a former business owner I would like to tip my hat to a job well done. I will continue to spread the good word about your business. We had a weird experience here on 7/23/2019. Received a very frosty reception from staff member. He hovered over us but didn't speak. Felt like he was worried we'd steal a sample. Didn't ask anything about our project, even though I was carrying a schematic of measurements in my hand. We weren't sure if he was just having a bad day or didn't like us. Impossible to say, but we discussed it on the way home and it didn't feel like bad customer service, it felt like he didn't want gay customers (or maybe a Black customer?). Would advise to give this place a hard pass if you are "different." Selection of quartz and brands looked quite good. Granite selection in stock was quite limited.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Aspen Tops East today. If you are in need of any type of granite/quartz/marble counter tops I would highly recommend them. We had a small problem due to contact with a chemical on our black counter top. These were installed in 2005 when our house was built. The owner showed up with an arsenal of treatments since he wasn't sure what we had done. In a matter of just a few minutes, he had resolved the issue and put them back to their brilliant shine! CUSTOMER SERVICE folks......it still exists!

Recently we installed Quartz kitchen countertop through Aspen granites. Mr.Rodney and Ms. Cindy were so nice during this transaction. Good workmanship. The crews were very polite and did a great job.
