Asphalt Lots Garage, Shuttle and Cruise Parking

Incredible. Excellent from start to finish. The shuttle to the port was waiting for us (in fact they waited a minute for my husband to come down from the parking spot.) After the cruise, there were signs up showing us exactly where we needed to go. There was a line but they brought a bus and there was no wait. Everything was perfect. I wish there were lots like this in the other cruise ports. Thank you for the great service.

Wonderful experience. Priced far better than the competition. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Owner even offered to come from home after hours to meet our needs. Unprompted, they also extended the offer to their customers to arrive a day earlier to avoid traveling during a winter storm (at no additional charge) and they didn't charge for the extra day at the end of our cruise; a result of the port unexpectedly closing for our anticipated return date due to weather. They handled all the changes to our arrival and departure dates without any hiccups or requiring any extra effort from their customers. Stress-free experience. Only suggestions would be to have propane heaters in the waiting areas during sub-freezing temps and signage at the table of snacks. Complimentary? Cost? Our poor

Wonderful experience with great people. The garage is in a very safe area, away from congested roads and very easy to get to. Once there, you park and you and your luggage are quickly loaded in fans to head to the port. It’s about 15 mins away, depending on traffic, and you are delivered to the curb right next to the ship. So convenient and easy. When you return, the vans are lined up to whisk you back to parking garage. This business is owned by military veterans and almost all employees are military. It is run with the precision and attention to detail that you’d hope our military possesses. You really can’t go wrong here.

The drivers were very nice. However, got off the ship this morning and waited over an hour for a shuttle. We were the first group (group 1) off the ship. It was freezing cold, and very windy. There were literally hundreds of people waiting behind us with no shuttle in sight. There was a very nice older man who was with wife who called to find out what the hold up was and was told to send them a text. I would recommend using the other lot, I think cedar grove is the name. Their busses were there on time. Two at a time, with two right behind. I was told there was work on the bridge that contributed to the late arrival of the shuttles. I feel this could have been avoided by planning ahead, making arrangements for an alternate route, or leaving earlier to ensure passengers were picked up in a

Great experience using this parking garage for our cruise! The staff was friendly and organized, and the shuttle service to and from the cruise terminal was quick and convenient. The driver was courteous and helped with luggage, which made everything stress-free. Our car was safe and secure when we returned. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone cruising from this port!
