Asphalt Paving Systems

In one word “ unprofessional”. I’m a homeowner in St Johns County and have had these trucks and heavy equipment parking in front of my three properties for the last two months. I’ve had to pick up trash. I’ve had to use my own tractor equipment to smooth out ruts and remove sludge, P gravel, asphalt and tar from the land. I called the company last week who gave me the name of the site supervisor his name is Anthony. And told me I had to meet with him this morning at 7 AM. When I met with him this morning, he gave me the runaround and told me I had to call the office. I came to these workers as a gentleman, not telling them that I was upset about them parking there just that they needed to clean up after themselves I don’t appreciated the run around game. Zero notice about paving the roads on my street . The city of Jacksonville and your company did not notify anyone on our road or have any cones put up. I unfortunately drove through freshly poured asphalt with no knowledge or information of it being poured . It has caused over 5000$ dollars of damages to my vehicle. I have contacted one of your supervisors and I have not heard anything back. I will be taking this to court if you fail to pay for the damages.

There is always gonna be Karens that just dont understand "red tape" Tom Donald is a great guy and I trust him. Their efforts go un noticed by many.

When your county hires them to do roads they will tear up property, easements and the side of your road where they insist on parking all of their heavy equipment. I've contacted the County but nothing will be done. #ice

Excellent service was provided fixing the Asphalt near my house. I got to speak with Rudy who was very kind and explained the process. Not only did he answer all my questions, he was very friendly as he didn’t need to answer all of my concerns. This company was able to fix an issue it within a short time.
