Update 11/12/22: After waiting nearly a year for Asplundh to, as promised, return to cut up the huge tree into manageable pieces, nothing. Note that with permission from my neighbor, they could drop the tree into my neighbor's pasture. At that time I asked Jaime Manrriquez, who was doing all the cutting, if he could cut the tree into manageable pieces so that I could clear it off my neighbor's property. He agreed at that time to cutting up the tree. Caridad Gonzalez, the project manager, showed up twice during the past year to indicate that they would do it when the work allowed. During her final visit here she also agreed with me that cutting up the tree was on them (Asphundh). This company has been a complete nightmare for the neighborhood. The staff has repeatedly shown a lack of respect for the community, even going as far as yelling at my dog through the fence and leaving trash near my property. I work long hours and expect to come home to peace and quiet, but instead, I’m met with loud music from cars with blaring subwoofers, often during early mornings and late evenings. The disruption is constant, and it’s clear that this business has no regard for the area or the people living here. If these issues continue, I’ll have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

They throw trash into other people’s properties and are a constant source of noise

If I could give zero stars, I would called our tow company out to do to pull their car out of the mud did not give us the correct size of the vehicle. Then it broke our winch then they denied payment for the services. Very unprofessional do not do business with these people.

They park that huge truck and shredder outside my house every morning even though working on another street. The guys are ok but they trample all over my ground cover and damaged the irrigation system. I asked them to watch where they walk but I am not sure the guy understood or any of them recognize my ground cover area as anything other than public footpath for them. Not really a comment on their work but a reality check for their level of care.
