This company was contracted by PGE to perform vegetation management near the power lines on our road. What we experienced was unacceptable. They blocked the only access road in and out of our home and two neighboring properties, forcing us to drive through a neighbor’s yard in muddy conditions just to get around their truck. This resulted in damage to our neighbor’s property. We also missed critical package deliveries, including an important medical shipment, because delivery drivers were not allowed access. Despite being there for extended periods, they cleaned up nothing. Branches and debris were dropped directly into a creek that feeds into the Little Pudding River, which is a protected waterway. The debris was left in place due to muddy conditions, meaning we will now have to remove

Nothing but positive things to say about the crew who took down our tree. Very respectful. Took great care not do damage property and didn't leave a huge mess. Can't speak to all the negative experiences in the reviews, but our crew in Vancouver, WA, was solid.

Chris Brock entered onto my property with out permission or notice and cut down a lot of our tree (a tree on my private residence) with out notice or permission. I ended up having to call the cops due to seeing our tree being cut down over our camera and not knowing what was going on. Chris Brock then proceeded to do a lowsy job of cutting the tree,broke stuff on my property, and left limbs everywhere. I put a claim out awhike ago and have called twice asking to speak to a supervisor and they have yet to take accountability and call back. I have since contacted a lawyer and will be pressing charges. Horrible company.

Asplundh has been clearing branches along NA McNamee Rd. in Portland. During work, they leave trash along the road. Today, my neighbors and I picked the trash and brought it to the crew. We told them not to litter. The foreman turned his back on us. Then today we found the pile of trash where we had left it. They didn't pick it up.

Horrible experience today with a 2 vehicle Asplundh work crew driving 800 feet up my gravel driveway, tracking mud and leaving muddy ruts along the side of my driveway, turning their rig around then parking for at least 15 minutes in the middle of my driveway with no valid reason for being here (i.e. trespassing). They said they were clearing along power lines up the road, NOT near my property, but that’s no excuse for them to do what they did. Very upset with them and have contacted a supervisor.
