Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC

This really is a rogue outfit which doesn't care one whit about people's properties. Case in point: after they were done "trimming" (actually butchering) my trees on behalf of PECO, they left behind a huge mess in the street. Large limbs, chunks of tree, saw dust, and leaves, were everywhere. My lawn had large gouges and holes where they dropped heavy pieces despite having told me that they "would lower all the big stuff." These people are liars and incompetent, to boot.

On Monday April 21, 2025 I returned to my home to find 3 large Asplundh trucks blocking entrance to my home. I waited patiently for them to move. I spoke with one of the workers explaining that they disturbed the landscaping and left sawdust and wood chips all over my driveway. I also asked about a pile of debris that was left on the side of the street by Asplundh years ago and never removed. I have talked to crews constantly about the matter with no result. Back to Monday. The worker promised to move the landscaping boulder back to it's original place, fix the tire tracks on the grass and clean up all the sawdust and wood chips on the driveway. Zero stars if that was an option. Extremely unprofessional company. (East Tennessee area trimming for AEP power company) destroying property, disregarding signs, and leaving large equipment without asking or even letting me know. Trespassing without contacting me. Truck number CH1845. Have videos. Have more detail too much to type. Awful company and i know someone else that had a worse time than i did with them. And all he will be getting is a couple free trees. Had to put up rope barriers to keep them out.

6.9.25 Completely unprofessional hacks. Up in the bucket swinging around with no plan or seemingly knowledge of how to properly trim a tree. Removed over 50% of the canopy and all central growth. Ruined what once were beautiful trees lining the streets. No regard for wildlife in the trees and did not safely close the sidewalk.

Absolutely Disastrous Experience! I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC was so unbelievably poor that I feel compelled to warn others. This company operates like a careless, oversized machine that has completely forgotten what “expert” is supposed to mean. Their crew showed up hours late without any prior notice, and when they finally arrived, they seemed in a rush to just “get it over with.” They hacked through the trees like they were in a demolition derby, leaving behind shredded limbs, uneven cuts, and an absolute mess across the entire property. It looked more like a tornado aftermath than professional vegetation management. To make matters worse, they damaged a section of my fence — and instead of taking responsibility, their supervisor shrugged
