Dishonest, lacking integrity. My initial experience with Asset was good. I had a full roof install. The price was decent and they seemed nice. The issue came later when I experienced problems with my dryer. Long story short, Asset installed a mesh screen on my roof vent, which is a violation of building code and caused lint backup which almost caused a fire. Thankfully, I caught it in time. I reached out to Asset to explain the situation and asked if they’d cover the minimal costs to clean my dryer and vent. This is where they shocked me. First, they said it wasn’t their fault because they didn’t know it was a dryer vent. After I said ignorance isn’t an excuse, they went to incredible lengths to dodge taking responsibility! After watching them put my neighbor's roof on, I was impressed by how clean they left the job site. I called them up and needed them to schedule me quickly so I could get the roof done before an already scheduled paint job. Art, Joyce, and Brenden, were able to accommodate. Jilten and his crew were super reliable, tidy, and did a quality job. Then Asset Roofing came back to ensure their quality met their own expectations. Awesome. Definitely a five star company. From the assessment to the clean up nothing but professionalism. One of the best experiences that I have had in home improvement. The crew was pilot and hard working.
