Homeowners NOT welcome, at all. Contractors only. Unfriendly, uncomfortable and condescending with a smile. You know the “insult smile” people give you when they don’t want you around? That’s what I got. As soon as I said I wasn’t a contractor their demeanor changed and I was treated like an idiot. They didn’t want to sell me a motor because they said I might sue them if it damaged my unit. It was a pretty insulting conversation. Suddenly I was incapable because I’m a DIY homeowner? Honestly I didn’t need some person at the counter deciding what she thinks I can install. It was insulting. I just thought they were a store where I could buy part for my AC unit. And I get all this drama. They’ll probably reply and say they’re a wholesaler, but I was just in the building 10 minute

My employer uses them frequently and i have to give them credit on the fact that every filter size i need especially the odd sizes in commercial work they are always there and they keep their inventory well stocked

The staff here is very knowledgeable friendly and they were eager to help I went in there problems with my furnace guy offered advice and even told me to try something before I even bought a part you can't find that around here nowadays too often great place definitely have all my future business
