Associated Air

On January 2, 2024, I noticed my outdoor unit had frost and ice on the interior and exterior casing. I had heat, but was concerned as I’d never seen this before. I called Associated Air. Shannon, the receptionist, was eager to help. She worked to get me same day service. The technician was wonderful. He determined a sensor failed. He defrosted the unit manually. He changed the thermostat to emergency heat. The next day, he returned to install the new sensor. I am pleased with Associated Air’s great service. I highly recommend them!

Extremely pleased with the entire team! From the technicians to the sales staff, everyone was friendly and professional. When it came time to upgrade our system, we received detailed quotes for three different systems at different price points so that we could make a decision that fit our budget. On installation day, the team worked quickly and efficiently and finished up in less than a full work day. We couldn’t be happier with our new heat pump system. Allen, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure everything met our expectations. Highly recommend!

I recently had an issue with my Generac and needed a service. So when I tell you I made the right decision calling Associated Air. They set me up with a next day appointment. Our service technician BJ showed up on time and fixed the issue on the spot. He was so informative and very friendly. It’s not always easy allowing strangers in your home. But if you need service I totally recommend them. I will not use anyone else.

We were referred to this company with high expectations, and they have exceeded even that. We have used Associated three times, and their response time has once been same day, and otherwise next day! The techs are always both knowledgeable and friendly, as are the folks we talk to on the phone. Make this your first call if your AC or heating is having issues.
