If you want a good laptop man and a fella who takes good pictures and ACTS as if he knows what he is doing this is your man. But, if you want a real home inspection so you can make an educated decision on what is wrong with the home and relying on an inspector to get a true assessment this is NOT your man. From my experience this person should retire he is out of touch with reality. There were so many things that are substantial that he missed. All this translates to $ out of pocket. after such a large purchase of home you don't want any surprises.
