Associated to the rescue While at an outdoor event, I used an Associated outdoor restroom. Imagine my horror when my precious bracelet slid off my arm right into the tank. The folks at Associated were lovely from the woman who promised to pass my message on as an emergency to Paul who told me the rescue plan to Justin who enacted that plan. No one said, “Forget it, Lady!” What an amazing company to provide such caring service. They went far and above to support me!

Maggots in toilet not empty very often Horrible! You were paid to come weekly but only ever showed up maybe every 2 or 3 weeks then your colored driver would just write in the weeks he missed, didn't think anyone was watching or taking pics of the nasty jiffy John's, thank God we h a ve a new company now!, I must not have been the only one to notice?

The porta pot service is horrendous. They clean the porta pots and in the same afternoon they stink so bad. Its like they literally stick blue water back in after pumping. To clean the inside of the porta pots with one bucket of water splashed on the inside. This is the worst company for porta pots.

We rented restroom trailers from Associated Products for our 70-guest backyard wedding. The restrooms were clean, air conditioned, delivered on time, and removed from the property easily. The delivery driver took the time to explain all of the necessary power and water hookups we would need, and was extremely helpful. So were the office folks who helped us book. Thank you Associated Products!

We had to call on a Sunday morning. Within an hour, Associated Products had a truck pumping our septic system. The driver, Alberto, was awesome. We have lived here for nearly 30 years and had our system pumped several times but Alberto taught me so many things about the system. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help and resolve our problem. Good man representing a good company.
