Assured Comfort has assuredly received a 5+ rating for their professionalism, service, knowledge and customer service period. I was impressed from my initial phone call from their receptionist. Then day #1 with Mr Roberto and Mr. Guy with their assessment with our current HVAC system. My wife and I did not feel pressured because we knew we needed repairs or a new system. They were so informative that we were comfortable with the decision we made to upgrade. Then day #2, Mr. Terrance and Mr. Craig continued what we had already experienced on day #1 with the installation of our new system. I was amazed with the smooth installation! We hardly heard anything! The next thing I knew, they were finished, but not without explaining the entire process! Lastly, my wife and I are more confident about

Jesse was outstanding! Not only did he fix our issue with out HVAC but he was also super knowledgeable and so so nice. He explained how he was going to diagnose the situation and then walked us thru what was going on and then fixed it. Really super!

We had E.J. and Kevin out to the house today to preform our annual check-up / preventative maintenance service. Both of these technicians were kind, professional, courteous, and friendly. We've always been happy with the level of high quality customer service and the fair pricing we've received from Assured, and somehow... it keeps getting better! Great work, guys. Thank you.

EJ came out to do a maintenance checkup on my heating and air. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained in detail what he found. He made recommendations on the problems he discovered. I would certainly recommend EJ for your heating and air conditioning service. I did not have any repairs done at this time so I cannot give a price for any service.

My tech was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly checked everything!! He was able to pinpoint the problem areas, give me my options, repaired everything that was needed and was out the door! The services rendered comes with a warranty which is a plus for me. I was even able to save money by joining the home comfort club which offers amazing services to its members for only $16 a month. Highly recommend!!
