Model: Lenox 3 Ton, 2 Stage I wanna start of with what truly happened and how it got resolved. The sales person who came provided me with excellent customer, he knew his stuff and provide me with great information about there products and which would suit my need. He didn’t try to over sale me something I didn’t need. I have a new ac system and furnace installed with some duct work and the price was incomparable to other companies I called, there financial options where absolutely outstanding which made the price of the unit just that much more affordable. Nope! Overly aggressive sales people. This is the second time out of two calls - HVAC and Plumbing…both guys…too much. I was clear in requesting an estimate only. I was getting a quote for something optional…NOT needed and was clear. They came out third - I always get three estimates. He talked in circles and was making it all take much longer than needed. When he told me the quote he stopped three times to explain codes he used and how those were used to give me discounts and reduce my costs and such. When he finally told me the amount I said - ok can you email it to me? He had a shocked look on his face and said - “you mean you don’t want me to do the work”??? I was taken aback by his reaction and told him I never intended on agreeing to the work that day and was only getting es

Excellent service! The technician was professional, very knowledgeable about the Lennox i-Comfort Thermastat heating/cooling system, and very thorough. The customer service rep was professional and got us scheduled right away. I liked receiving a text with a photo of who I should expect in our home to work on our system and a short description telling about them. The technician notified us with an ETA and arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do, was able to explain the problem and how he fixed it, and we have cool air again. I will be using them for semi-annual maintenance! I’m thankful to have found them and feel we have paid a good price for the service we received! Highly recommend!

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent excellent service provided by Assured Comfort, Winston and their service provider Chris. He explained clearly what he was checking for and discussed what pricing would be for different services, but then checked to find out that my unit was still under warranty. He was initially concerned about a leak but couldn’t find one; however, before he left, on a hunch decided to test again and was able to find the problem. His diligence and knowledge were much appreciated. His attitude and courtesy were both very professional. I highly recommend this company. They said they would call when the service provider was about 30 minutes away, and he did just that. They also provided courtesy calls a few days in advance to check and make sure someone was going to
