Unfortunately we needed a new central air conditioner. We called Assured Mechanical as they had done some work for us before. Keith came out and after asking us questions and looking over the system we had he gave us an estimate and we chose to have them replace our air conditioner. So glad we did,Keith and the entire crew were professional,respectful and went above and beyond in the installation. The first thing they did when they arrived was to put down a drop cloth the entire area from the door to the attic and at the end of the day they cleaned up before they left. We are very pleased with the new system - in fact it’s cold in our house!!! I needed a new air conditioning unit. Paul L from Assured Mechanical answered his phone immediately the first time and every subsequent time I called throughout the process. That was very impressive to me. Paul was very knowledgeable and had a technician out the same day and quoted on the job. I rarely write any public reviews on anyone. This is definitely my first on Google. However, I feel compelled to do so because of the extraordinary service provided by Paul and his team. Keith , Mike and their entire crew were awesome. We mean the entire crew from start to finish. Not only was their workmanship well above par, they were all genuinely nice, respectful guys.
