The Relocation Coordinator was awesome and really worked with us due to a very trying personal situation that occurred during our move and delayed our delivery. The owner also worked with us financially to ensure we were completely, 100% satisfied with the service we received. After relocating 600 miles, this personal touch and genuine concern for our well-being was much appreciated and we highly recommend this moving company to any family looking to relocate. I used them for a local move this summer and I could not be happier. The salesman Lanny came out and worked with me on putting together an estimate that was affordable and covered all my needs. The movers Vance and John came the first day and very professionally and courteously packed all my belongings. The following day they moved every thing to my new house. When it was all said and done the final cost was lower than the original estimate. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Do not work with this company. Even if you really work with this company, please be careful on everything. Before signing the contract, the representative claimed they had a very good deal and answered our question (in email and phone call) very quickly and detailed. However, after I signed the contract, everything changed (including their attitude, communication, promise and price). They did not deliver the piano to our apartment and gave us conflicting excuses. Finally, we had to pay an additional $600 by hiring the local moving company to move the piano from the Atlas contracted warehouse to our apartment. At time of moving, they overcharged us the moving cost. After the move, I tried to contact the company more than 10 times by email and phone call. The phone call mostly went to the au

We used Assured Relocation after a flood and had to have our floors replaced. They were very professional and extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They came in packed everything and stored it during the time I needed to have my damaged floors removed and replaced. Courteous, friendly, and understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend and will use them again.
