Our experience with Astacio was smooth and easy from start to finish. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to have a technician come out the next day. We had a number of plumbing concerns a leaking toilet, a rigged messy leaking p-trap, and a leaking sink. Yadson was incredibly professional, kind and informative - he laid out all of our options for us and the pricing was very fair. There was no pressure to commit and he wasn’t pushy, just kind and he answered all of our questions. We decided to have the p-trap replaced as well as an old toilet and he was able to get it done the same day. Yadson & his colleague did the repairs quickly & thoroughly - he even asked for cleaning products & cleaned around where the old toilet had been before installing the new one. We had held off

We have had nothing but an amazing experience with Astacio and one of the greatest technicians, Ivan Camacho. He has been in the industry for a long time, and knows what he is talking about. Something that I love is that he takes the time to explain what is going on, what they are going to do, and teach you about the system, in a way that makes everything make sense. You don’t feel like you’re just getting someone who just fixes it. You understand from start to finish, what is happening. Ivan is an incredible teacher and does amazing work. I want to keep him a secret, but he deserves the recognition! Thank you Ivan- for giving us new homeowners, a sense of peace that our system is in good hands. I will only ever use Astacio and Ivan now!

Alex Torres was incredibly helpful and kind. We had a leak in our bathroom that caused water damage in an office below. We thought it was our shower but Alex quickly identified it was a hard to spot leak from our toilet. Thank goodness he identified the source of the leak - it saved us thousands of dollars as we were originally thinking we’d have to go into the wall of the shower. He also repaired a fixture in our daughter’s shower that we originally thought would need to be replaced. Alex went above and beyond to explain everything along the way and was very conscientious about pricing - making sure he explained all charges as well. I will highly recommend him and Astacio to friends and family.

They took the time to explain things, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. After getting several quotes, we had a clear front runner with Astacio! They helped us plan the job of replacing our old boiler and they had the ability to complete it very quickly. Oscar and his team, Diego & Joel did a great job installing our new boiler. They worked hard all day, were very professional and made sure our new system was up and running promptly.
