Astec Re-Ply Roofing Systems

I have to tell you how upset I am, due to Mike Regional Sales Director. I had called for a problem with my roof and he stated he would come to look at it. He never showed up. Numerous times an appointment was set and he never showed, nor called to reschedule or apologize. After two and a half months; and another call to him; he said "gee forgot all about it. So not gonna do it." Well with such a poor attitude and lack of responsibility to his word, how bad is the whole company?

We have worked with Astec for many years now and we have found there product to be superior to other coatings on the market and the customer service is always there when I have needed them.

Great company with great people. Find out for yourself and ask them about your commercial or industrial roof project.

Lack of good content. Zero follow up from cslls and emails. No help. I was going to buy thier product.
