Astor Appliance Repair

Called Monday morning and was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Tech arrived in time frame, got right to work and found problem in no time. Showed me the problem,had part to replace at good price. Had dryer apart and part replaced quickly closed up cleaned up and tested to my satisfaction. Orlando was very friendly and a very good tech. Will definitely use this company for future work.

I’d leave a negative just like the other real reviewers (you can tell this company is using fake accounts to boost their reviews). They were sent by the warranty company and came out, said we needed three parts for our microwave/oven combo and they’d call us in a week. No calls, won’t return our calls, cashed our check over two weeks ago and haven’t responded since. They’re scammers. Do NOT use them! Buyer beware!!

If i could give negative stars i would!!!! I called today and spoke to a representative about a work order that has been active for 3 months+ for a refrigerator that will not cool. They have been out 4 times and still cant repair it! The contractor installed a USED part! The rep did not sympathize with my situation and proceeded to scream at me through the phone. Upon asking for a supervisor, the rep said HE WAS THE OWNER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Use your better judgement and go with SOMEONE ELSE! Save yourself the hassle

If I could give them 0.00 stars, I would. They don't know how to fix anything. They would replace a part, and still not work, and then zero follow-up on the missing parts. Their 30-day warranty is garbage. No ONE EVER picks up the phone at their customer service number, and they don't return phone calls. Don't waste your time or money with these crooks.

ASTOR Appliance is a company contracted by Home Depot to for appliance repairs and/or extended warranty. Had an issue with my Fridge icemaker (water leak, reduced ice output). After explaining the problem to the Tech. Specialist at HD and full details, my expectation is for them to take the information in, prepare for the repair, search whatever technical resources as any self-respecting company would and come in and finish the work. At the appointment date, the ASTOR Technician showed up, surveyed the Fridge and “Yes, it needs an icemaker” he said. “It’s a known issue by Samsung, there’s a Service Bulletin and we have to replace it”.
