Highly recommend Astoria Lighting! We just had our permanent lights installed and the results are amazing. The tracks match the house perfectly for a clean, hidden look. The app is very easy to navigate with plenty of templates and customization options. Our installer, Alaa, was top-notch—he was very respectful of our home, left no mess behind. Alaa also took the time to walk us through every feature of the app, and went over again until we were comfortable using the app before heading out. Plus, the lights come with a 10-year warranty gives us great peace of mind! If you’re considering permanent lighting, go with Astoria Lighting! So, did 3 of our neighbors on our street.

Astoria Lighting did not disappoint. Shannon was my sales rep. She thoroughly explained all the details of the product. No question was un-answered. There were no hidden fees and even her measurements were spot on, not trying to get a ft or two in on me. I called the office a couple times and spoke to Sarah or Sara. She was very helpful with my questions and followed up without delay with answers, thank you. The final one to recognize is the installer, Alaa. This guy is a pro in this field of work. The install was meticulous with no corners cut. All of the seams and corner joints are perfect. The time he took to make sure I, the customer was satisfied, speaks volumes. Astoria recently installed our permanent holiday lights, and I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. I contacted four companies in mid-November—peak season—but Astoria responded almost immediately and scheduled a free quote within days. The quote was detailed, fairly priced, and to my surprise they were able to complete the custom installation before Christmas. Once we moved forward, they provided a clear timeline and kept us updated with both automated and personal messages. They even started the install two days early. The day of my appointment they arrived Ahead of time. Mario introduced himself a coworker and we reviewed my order. Then we all walked around the property as he explained what they were about to do. He made a few suggestions and asked me if I had any concerns. They finished front and back same day. NO WIRES could be seen. WOW. He then showed me how to use the app the front the back combination and the different ways. It can be used throughout the year. They set the standard for professionalism sales and installation y’all are the BEST!!!

We absolutely love our lights! Hate we didn't do it sooner. Rene, Sarah and team have been just great, and our installer Tristan was wonderful as well. They have been very thorough and accommodating! Our neighbors haven't stopped inquiring about them. LOVE LOVE LOVE...right in time for Halloween!!
