Ordered a custom cut marble window sill and they never completed my order. The owner just stands outside, smokes cigarettes, and watches the traffic go by. I went back numerous times to follow up in person and made calls. I ended up going back to get my tiles and went elsewhere. During the time the owner would say how busy they are with jobs in the city, maybe if you're "a big city job" you'll be in luck, but beware if you live down the block and have a small job.
