Astro Roofing provided a seamless, stress-free experience. My 20-year-old roof had active leaks, and being new to the process, I was unsure what to expect. David was incredibly informative and detailed from the start. He was professional, throughly addressed my questions, and assured me my decision on roof shingle was the perfect color (Owens Corning Williamsburg Grey—it’s gorgeous!). He was on-site every day to ensure his high standards were met. ​The crew was polite, hard-working, fast but meticulous, and left the property spotless daily. I especially loved the drone footage and the printed progress photos David provided so I could see exactly what was fixed under the shingles. I have known that by living near the coast in Florida that the winds and hail and heat would be hard on the roof of my home and after hearing really positive reviews on Astro Roofing, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Johnny, one of the owners, and he was prompt, direct, and came to the house that day, got on the roof, and did his assessment. Based on the results and him telling me that I did, in fact need a new roof, I engaged Astro to put mine in the schedule. We are very grateful with the work that was done by Astro Roof roofing. Dave from the beginning was very informative and professional. His installation crew was very hard-working and disclosed all the major problems that my roof had. And they repaired everything, and they backed everything up Live updated pictures. We had the best experience using Astro! Everyone is SO wonderful to work with. We got several estimates and even though Astro was the least expensive, we went with them because of how straightforward and seamless the estimate was. Jaimie in the office is FANTASIC! She is just delightful to work with and always available for anything you need. The crew was incredible! We could not believe how hard and how fast they worked. They never stopped.
