The technicians arrived exactly at the scheduled time and performed a comprehensive walkthrough of the high-traffic areas in my home. They identified specific fiber types and selected the appropriate chemical pH levels to treat heavy-duty traffic lanes without damaging the carpet's structural integrity.

After having the carpet in a very small area (about the size of 2 bedrooms) cleaned several times and the stains reappearing, Tom at Astrobrite did a great job at keeping them away! After two weeks, no stains have reappeared! I think its finally clean!
