At Home

Wanted to purchase a lamp shade. At Home is known to carry odds and ends particularly lamp shades. I have purchased many from them over the years. Unfortunately I will not be returning any more. I had a specific lamp shade I found but the item which was on the shelf didn't have size dimensions on it, or the price. The store assistant manager i located mentioned I should go to customer service for help. So I walked over to the front of the store and no one was there the same guy came over and handed me a tape measure. After I measured the item he told me he could not sell the item because it was a return and part of a lamp base. So I have to find the lamp base. I then proceeded to go back to the lamps area and was met by another sales associate. She proceeded to take the lamp shades away f

I love this store. Unfortunately won’t be returning to this location. Actually I will be returning to return the rug I just purchased. The manager or worker told my husband not to open a rug that we were purchasing. He told her we were buying it and wanted to make sure it was the correct size we needed. As they only display 5x7 (here’s a suggestion maybe display all sizes). When I got to check out the manger/worker lady was clearly talking about us. I never have felt like a criminal until today. She had like 4 people at the front door as if we were stealing. The one lady kept asking her where’s the people at. She didn’t say anything cause we were right there. With all your locations closing you would think they would have better customer service. Not making people feel like criminals. H

Not sure what everyone's complaining about - this place is fantastic!! Are there empty rows? Sure but the place is huge and well organized! Are they still working out a few new store issues? Of course. So pay attention when you're checking out - good grief, is it really that hard to pay attention? I went to this store so see if the complaints were valid. The short answer? The complaints weren't valid. There was soooo much outdoor decor, countless throw pillows, blankets, artwork and more in a bajillion different colors at wildly reasonable prices. I look forward to spending my money there in the future!

At Home always have everything for holiday decorating, especiallyfor Halloween and Christmas. If it's something you need you better get but if it's alot of that item you can wait for Sale. The people are very nice and always helpful. I like shopping at The At Home Store.

Placed an order for pickup. It was completed on time, but when I went to pick it up several items were not as expected and a few had visible damage to them. Luckily I looked at the items before leaving, but then I had to cancel the entire order and have the items I wanted rung up.. just a frustrating experience. The store was nicely kept, had a good selection, and the customer service was great at least. Edit: adding a star because the online customer service was really great after my initial review. Also after getting a chance to walk the store more, they have a very large selection making this an excellent place to shop for home decor!
